Refund policy
At Love n Be, every product is thoughtfully formulated to deliver the best possible results with complete transparency. We hope you’ll love our products as much as we do. However, if you wish to return a product, we’re here to help.
When You Can Request a Return / Replacement
We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product.
- You received a damaged product. (As per policy)
- You received an expired product.
If any of the above applies, please raise a return or replacement request within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery. To initiate a request, kindly email us at helps@lovenbe.in.
Note: No return or claim will be accepted after 7 days from delivery.
Non-Returnable Cases
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns in the following situations:
- The product has been opened or used.
- The product packaging is tampered with or missing.
- Returns requested due to personal dislike of fragrance, texture, or results (as skincare results may vary).
- Free gifts, promotional items, or samples provided with your order.
Process & Timelines
- Once your request is received, please allow 48 hours for our team to review it.
- If approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner, directly from your doorstep.
- After the returned product reaches us, our service team will verify the issue. If confirmed, we’ll process your refund within 24 hours.
Return Policy for Damaged Products
At Love n Be, we take utmost care to ensure your products reach you safely. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, we’re here to assist you quickly.
Steps to Validate a Damaged Product Return
To help us process your request smoothly, please follow these steps:
Raise a Request: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [your support email] with the subject line “Damaged Product Received – Order [Order ID]”.
Provide Proof: Attach clear photos or videos of:
- The damaged product
- The outer packaging (with shipping label visible)
- Any tampered or broken seals (if applicable)
Review by Our Team: Our service team will verify the issue within 48 hours of receiving your request.
Approval & Pickup: Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.
Refund / Replacement: After receiving and validating the damaged product, we’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement (as per your preference) within 24 hours.
Important Notes
Claims without photo/video proof may not be accepted.
Damage due to customer mishandling after delivery will not be eligible for return/refund.
Please retain the original packaging until the return process is completed.
